Small Group PT (max 6 women) is perfect if you want to feel stronger, improve your fitness, and actually enjoy training. With 1–2 expert-led sessions a week, personalised support, and a powerful community vibe, you’ll feel in control again – without the gym

Group Classes

Fun, sweaty, smart workouts that don’t waste your time.

Whether you’re looking for a quick morning sweat, a stress-busting punch-out, or a weekend fitness fix, these classes are for you.

  • Body Blitz (Saturday): 45 mins of full-body burn.

  • Boxercise (Monday): Punch stress in the face.

  • Morning Online (Weekdays): Train in your PJs. Smart, short, sweaty.

  • Anyone short on time

  • Women who want to move, not overthink

  • Local or remote (Boxercise is in-person, others online)

Online Coaching

Support, structure, & real results all from home.

Feel like yourself again without tracking every bite or pushing through punishing workouts. Online coaching gives you weekly workouts, expert guidance, and check-ins to keep you on track – even when life’s chaotic. No calorie-counting, no shame. Just sustainable progress.
