ABOUT YOUR COACH

I’ve been where you are

I’m a midlife fat loss coach based in Chester, and I work exclusively with women aged 38 and over. Not because it’s a niche — but because it’s where my passion lies, and where I’ve seen the most profound transformations happen.

I built my method after noticing that every programme available to women in midlife was either too extreme, too generic, or simply designed for someone twenty years younger. The P.S.S.S.T. approach grew from real conversations with real women — and from my own experience of navigating a body that stopped behaving the way it once did.

My philosophy is simple: no extremes, no shame, no shortcuts. Just an honest, evidence-informed approach that respects your life, your history, and where you want to go. You deserve a coach who listens, adjusts, and genuinely celebrates your progress - however it looks.

Do I need to be fit before I start SGPT?

Absolutely not. SGPT is designed for all fitness levels — complete beginners are very welcome. Every session is coached, so you’ll always be working at the right intensity for you. Many of our members started with us having not exercised in years.

How long does RESET take each day?

RESET sessions are typically 25-40 minutes and are designed to fit around a busy life. There’s no fixed schedule - you work through each week’s content at a time that suits you, with full access to the programme materials from day one.

Is SGPT just for Chester residents?

SGPT is in-person training in Chester, so yes - you’ll need to be able to travel to us for sessions. If you’re not local, RESET is a brilliant way to start your journey online and experience the coaching style before committing to in-person training.

What if I have injuries or health conditions?

Please do get in touch before joining. I work with women who have a wide range of health considerations - from bad knees to thyroid conditions to perimenopause - and I’ll always adapt the programme to suit you safely. A quick chat before you start puts everyone at ease.

Will I need lots of equipment for RESET?

No. RESET is designed to work with minimal kit. A pair of light to medium dumbbells is helpful but not essential to get started. Full guidance on equipment is included within the programme - nothing expensive or complicated.
