I absolutely LOVE working with Lisa. She is so much more than a PT. She is a coach, a friend and one of my very few go-to people. Having her around, albeit that I frequently change my mind on what my focus is, is absolutely an essential part of how I do live.

I feel & look in the best shape of my life thanks to Lisa’s guidance & help. I have never managed to find a sustainable heath & fitness regime before but Lisa’s plan really works for me. I had no hesitation in working with Lisa, as i had worked with PTs previously when I was living elsewhere. In January 2022 I had a rotator cuff muscle shoulder surgery. This left my left shoulder, not surprisingly pretty immobile but working with Lisa and the required exercises from the physio, I now have an incredible increase in shoulder mobility and strength. I will continue to do PT sessions as I look forward to these each week as I am made to work and definitely pushed by Lisa, but I can guarantee we also have a good laugh at the same time.

Lisa is a brilliant PT and online coach. She's always there when you need her nothing is ever too much trouble. Her training sessions are always different & there is no time to get bored.

My mindset has been the biggest challenge for me and it has taken a while to get it right & switched to a way that works for me instead of the treadmill that is advertised by other weight loss plans. I still have a way to go but I am confident with Lisa's help that I will get to where I want in the next 12 months.
